Thank you for using Rozif. Use of the Rozif website and services is subject to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before accepting them.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Stripe.com. Stripe.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Stripe provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For refund terms, please refer to the Payment, Refund, and Cancellation section below.
1. Agreement Overview

This is an agreement between you or the company you represent ("You" or "Customer") and Rozif that sets forth your rights regarding the use of the rozif.com website and all related Rozif products and services (collectively, "Rozif" or "Services"). You should read these Terms of Service carefully before becoming a member of Rozif, as all terms are material and together constitute a legal agreement. By completing and submitting the Rozif membership form, you are bound by these Terms of Service and this agreement becomes effective upon your completion and submission of the membership form. If you are using Rozif on behalf of your company, or if you have "System Administrator" level authorization on Rozif on your company's account, you accept and declare that you are authorized to accept these Terms of Service on behalf of your company. Rozif reserves the right to change or update the Terms of Service at any time without notice. 2. Acceptable Use
In order to be able to accept these Terms of Service and use the Services, you represent that you are of the appropriate age where you live and that you are a human being. Automated user registrations and memberships or accounts opened by automated systems and intended to be used by them are not deemed to comply with these terms. By accepting these Terms of Service, you warrant that your name, surname, e-mail address, billing information and all other information you provide to Rozif, including but not limited to those listed herein, are true, legally correct and valid. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date in case it changes. Your username and password can only be used by one person. It is forbidden to share the username and password with other persons. You are responsible for the security of your username and password. If you fail to fulfill this security obligation, Rozif is not responsible and cannot be held responsible for any loss of information or damage that may occur. If you believe that your username or password has been intercepted or learned by someone else, you should immediately change your password from a secure terminal and notify other users whose information security may have been compromised. You may not register or access these Services from any unauthorized location other than the rozif.com website. All of your activities using Rozif must comply with the laws of the country in which you live and your company is incorporated, as well as the laws of United States, where the servers where your information is stored may be located. Any content shared with you by other users of these Services is transmitted to you as is and is for your personal use only. You are prohibited from using, copying, reproducing, transmitting, distributing, publishing, displaying, displaying, selling, licensing or otherwise exploiting any such content without the consent of the owner of such content. You may not use these Services for any unauthorized or illegal purpose. While using these Services, you agree not to violate the laws and copyrights of the country where you live, including but not limited to those listed herein. You warrant that the files you upload and the content you add while using these Services, including but not limited to those listed herein, do not contain viruses, Trojans, keyloggers, and other malicious software.
3. General Terms of Use
You use these Services at your own risk. These Services are provided to you "as is" and "as available". You understand and agree that Rozif works with business partners and third parties for various parts including hardware, software, servers, networks, infrastructure, data centers, internet connections and support elements necessary to provide these Services. You understand and agree that the following activities are prohibited, including but not limited to the following: Attempting to access, modify, disrupt or disable parts of the system that are not accessible to you. Using Rozif to distribute malware, direct others to malicious websites, or in any way violate the data security of others. Uploading infected files, embedding malicious script, or saving links to malicious websites are activities within this scope. Attempting to discover system vulnerabilities, breach security mechanisms or neutralize any protective measures. Scanning and testing communication ports, automatic serial input attempts and activities of this scope. Accessing system resources in a manner other than through our website and explicitly authorized communication methods. Uploading and downloading to the system using clients, middleware and services not authorized by us, scraping, reformatting, changing content for a different purpose before presentation to the user. Modify, adapt, disrupt or trespass on these Services or make false representations that another site is related to these Services without Rozif's written consent. Use Rozif for unauthorized submissions. Use Rozif to disguise your identity, use a different identity, or post deceptive information. Sharing or distributing deceptive, inaccurate, false or fraudulent content that violates the rights of others. Use the trademarks and names of others without permission. Resell these Services. Storing, sharing, posting any illegal content or engaging in any illegal activity. Storing, sharing, sending any content that encourages, promotes, facilitates hatred against any religious, ethnic, racial group. You understand and agree that some of your content may be transmitted or stored unencrypted over public channels to meet the technical requirements of the networks or devices connected.
4. Payment, Refund, and Cancellation (Stripe Compliance)
Due to the nature of our services (consulting, labor, website setup, domain registration, hosting configuration, WordPress theme installation, and delivery of open-source code or software licenses):
NO REFUNDS are available once a service has been delivered, work has begun, or a license key has been issued and/or activated.
This includes: Domain registration, hosting setup after activation, WordPress installation and configuration, custom development work, consulting sessions, and delivered source code.
4.1 General Payment Terms
Subscription/purchase of services belonging to Rozif is taken by making payment on behalf of your company/person. Users with System Administrator authorization in your Company/Personal account can authorize or authorize other users as needed. Paid Rozif services require a valid credit card or bank account. By subscribing to Rozif, you agree to pay Rozif or our authorized payment processor (Stripe.com) monthly, annual or one-time fees for these Services.
4.2 Refund Policy – Subscription Services Only
For subscription-based services only (monthly or annual recurring plans), we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase, contact us at info@rozif.com for a full refund. This guarantee applies only to the first payment of a subscription and does not apply to renewals, one-time services, or delivered deliverables.
4.3 Refund Policy – Services, Labor, Digital Deliverables (No Refund)
The following services and deliverables are non-refundable once delivered or work has begun:
- Domain registration: Non-refundable once registered
- Hosting setup: Non-refundable once activated
- WordPress theme installation & configuration: Non-refundable once work begins
- Consulting services: Non-refundable once delivered
- Custom development & open-source code delivery: Non-refundable once source code is shared or delivered
- One-time software license keys: Non-refundable once issued or activated
4.4 Subscription Cancellation
Unless you notify Rozif that you wish to cancel your subscription before the end of the term for the applicable services, future charges will be automatically charged to your credit card when due. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Control Panel menu. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period. No refunds or additional credits will be given for months of underutilization, subscription changes, or months of non-utilization with an open account.
4.5 Taxes
All charges do not include taxes. Payment of additional taxes is the responsibility of the Customer. This service is provided from United States and billed according to the legislation of this country. Stripe.com automatically calculates, collects, and remits VAT, GST, and sales tax where required.
5. Freezing and Cancellation of Membership
When your account is frozen, your information will be retained for ninety (90) days from the date of the freeze. If you decide to reactivate your account within this period, you will be able to access your information after you have paid for the subscription. If you do not reactivate your account within this period, at the end of this period all your data may be deleted and may not be retrievable. The customer is responsible for canceling their account correctly. Unsubscribe requests sent via email or phone are not valid. Subscription can be canceled at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the Control Panel menu. If you cancel your subscription in the middle of the Service period, the cancellation can be processed immediately and you will not be billed again. Rozif may close your account or block your access to the entire account or part of it at any time, with or without prior notice, with or without cause. Closing the Services in this way may result in freezing or deleting your account, preventing you from accessing your account, waiving your rights to all content in your account. Rozif reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason.
6. Amendment
Rozif may modify the Services or discontinue the entire Service or any part thereof, with or without notice, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. Rozif shall not be liable for any changes or interruptions in the Services as described in this Terms of Service agreement. Rozif reserves the right to change fees or payment terms on thirty (30) days' notice. At any time, rozif.com will announce any such change on its website or within the Services.
7. Copyrights, Trademarks and Infringement Claims
If you see that any content on Rozif infringes a copyright or trademark, notify us by filling out a Report Feedback form. Be sure to provide the following information: Your copyrighted work or trademark, the infringing content (if possible provide the URL), your name, organization (if applicable), email, phone number, legal mailing address. State that you own the copyrighted work or trademark and request removal of this content from Rozif.
8. Limitation of Liability and Warranty
Rozif, its suppliers and licensors make no warranties of any kind, even implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose and non-infringement. Rozif, its suppliers and representatives, including but not limited to those listed herein, do not warrant that the Services are error-free, that access to the Services is uninterrupted and continuous, that the Services will meet your specific requests and needs, that the quality of the Services and products will meet your expectations, and that every error in the Services will be corrected. Rozif, its suppliers and representatives may at any time unannounced stop or limit your use of the Services, in whole or in part, for maintenance, repair, update work or for any other reason. Rozif is not responsible for any interruption or loss of information that may occur in the meantime. In no event will Rozif, its suppliers and licensors be liable under any contract, negligence, liability or other legal theory for: (i) any special, direct or consequential damages; (ii) the provision of substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use, loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amount in excess of the amount you have paid Rozif or its nominated payment processing provider for such services within 3 months prior to the date in question. Rozif shall have no liability for matters that are not reasonably within its control. The foregoing shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. Rozif's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms of Service shall not invalidate that provision. The Terms of Service governs your use of the Services and constitutes the entire agreement between you and Rozif, superseding any prior agreements, including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service. We, our employees, directors, officers, agents, suppliers, are not liable for any direct or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, lost profits, lost data, unauthorized access, attorneys' fees), and we will not be liable to compensate or indemnify you, and in any event our total liability is limited to payments you have made to us during the ninety (90) calendar day period preceding the day on which the claim is made.
